Seagull Cottage Terms & Conditions

20% deposit to be paid with the booking. Balance should be paid minimum 1 month before start date. Payment by bank transfer--please contact owner for details.
Maximum occupation is for 6 people.
Earliest arrival time is 3 pm, cottage must be vacated by 10 am.
Beds will be made up ready for your arrival. Travel cot and high chair are available on request.
If you wish to bring a pet please advise intention in advance.
Pets are restricted to hard floor areas only. To facilitate this a gate preventing pets' access to the living rooms will be in place.
Dog litter should be placed in bins provided for the purpose in several areas on the Beach Estate and not in domestic waste bins at the property.
W.C.-- Toilet paper only to be flushed, all else to be put in bin provided. (We will make a charge if this is not the case - septic tank in situ and these rules must be complied with.)

Hot Tub Spa Rules

Maximum number of persons in the hot tub = 6.
No glass (plastic cups provided) or food to be taken into the hot tub .
People with pre-existing medical conditions should take note of the special precautions listed in the hot tub usage guide provided in the Cottage manual. The hot tub should not be used if in doubt.
Strictly no pets of any kind are to be taken into the hot tub spa.
A disinfectant dispenser is fixed to the hot tub and does not need any user intervention.
The air bubbles control should be turned off after each use as otherwise this disperses the disinfectant.
The lid to the hot tub must be properly secured in place when the hot tub is not in use.
The hot tub is maintained (daily, early a.m.) and the water quality checked.
Use of the hot tub is at guests' own liability. No responsibility can be taken for damage to persons or property resulting from use of the hot tub.
If the water is deemed to be unacceptably contaminated during the let after use by guests, the owner reserves the right to make a charge for the extra labour required to clean the tub and replace the water.
